The TPS applies cycling-based movements to the treatment of a wide range of lower limb impairments, The TPS allows for those with limitations in the knee or hip movement to be accommodated, and for the therapist to be able to prescribe treatments to regain functional movement and strength. The patient benefits in being able to participate in their own treatment with therapist-controlled, patient-driven exercise.

Clients with the most severe joint restrictions can benefit much earlier in their rehabilitation journey. They benefit from a real life cycling activity that can be continued after treatment finishes and in many cases improves their quality of life.

The TPS is numerical, corresponding to specific ranges of movement, therefore treatments can be repeatable or progressive. The numerical system transfers to our recreational cycling based Retroflex system

Typical examples of use; assisting in hip or knee replacement therapy, Trauma, Amputee, ACL reconstruction, other soft tissue injuries, regional pain syndrome, to more chronic arthritic conditions.

Available in a number of options; each providing additional features. In most cases a client will procure the TPS4, with TPS2 and TPS3 utilised as a back-up within a busy department or practice. Components are interchangeable.
